Exam Process

Registration
Message us on WhatsApp, fill the form, and pay ₹300 via UPI/Cash to complete registration.

Admit Card
Admit card will be issued before the exam date. Carry it mandatorily to the exam center.

Examination Day
Appear at your designated center with admit card and valid government-issued ID proof.

Result & Awards
Results published online. Winners contacted for prize distribution and award ceremony.

Exam Rules
Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory on exam day
Admit card must be carried to the exam center
No electronic devices (mobile, calculator, smartwatch) allowed inside
Candidates must report 30 minutes before the exam time
Late entry may not be permitted after the exam starts
No talking or communication with other candidates during exam
Fee & Refund Policy
Registration fee is ₹300 per student — one-time, non-refundable once submitted
Accepted payment modes: UPI / GPay / PhonePe, Cash, Bank Transfer
Always share your payment screenshot on WhatsApp to confirm registration
In case of exam cancellation by NSC, full fee will be refunded
General Conditions
Committee decisions on results and awards are final and binding
Any attempt to use unfair means will lead to disqualification
NSC reserves the right to change exam dates with prior notice
Disputes, if any, will be handled under Hisar, Haryana jurisdiction
Eligibility
Open to students from Class 8 to Class 12
Students from all recognized schools across India can participate
Age Limit: Students must be under 20 years of age at the time of examination
Results Rules
After the competition, prizes will be awarded directly to the students securing the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions.
In the event of a tie in any position due to identical scores, a re-examination will be conducted exclusively for the students involved in the tie for that particular position.
प्रतियोगिता के पश्चात् प्रथम, द्वितीय एवं तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले छात्रों को सीधे पुरस्कार प्रदान किए जाएंगे।
किसी भी स्थान पर समान अंक आने के कारण टाई होने की स्थिति में, उस स्थान के लिए टाई हुए छात्रों का पुनः परीक्षा आयोजित की जाएगी।

Who can participate? / कौन भाग ले सकता है?
English: Students of Class 8 to 12 from any recognized school in India, under 20 years of age.
